OUR PHILOSOPHY

The Craft Behind the Crust

Stone Baked

Our stone electric oven reaches extreme temperatures. Each pizza bakes in minutes — blistered, leopard-spotted, never soggy.

48-Hour Dough

We cold-ferment our dough for two days using Caputo '00' flour milled in Naples. Slow time creates complex flavour.

Italian by Origin

San Marzano tomatoes from Campania. Buffalo mozzarella DOP. Olive oil pressed in Puglia. Provenance is non-negotiable.

Born in Napoli.
Made with love.

My grandmother made pizza every Sunday in a small kitchen in the Quartieri Spagnoli. She never measured anything. She said the dough told you what it needed — you just had to listen.

When I opened Love Milano, I brought that same philosophy with me: respect the tradition, trust the process, never rush. Our oven was hand-built by a craftsman from Caserta. The stone floor holds heat the way only centuries of practice can teach.

Every pizza that leaves our kitchen carries that history. We hope you taste it.
